Linda Francis

Burlington - Linda Marie Francis, 66, went home to be with the Lord on April 14, 2020 at the Hospice Home.  She was born in Jacksonville, FL on September 20, 1953 to the late Albert Brown Francis and Verna Marie Richard Rivers.

Linda was a member of The Lamb’s Chapel and was a retired Public School Teacher. She was the physical education teacher, little league baseball coach and gymnastics coach for over 25 years in Crescent City, FL. She loved traveling and cruises.

She is survived by her sister, Shirley Maness and husband Ray; brothers, William Francis and wife Gloria, Richard Francis; son, Paul Logan; nieces whom she loved, Wendy, Jerrie, Diana, Kelly, Casey, Kristel and Rachel and the ones who called her “Nana”, Melissa, Austin, Tiffany, Hailey, Cody, Dylan, Kennedy, Katie, Sarah, Alex and James.

A private service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 16, 2020 by Rev. Ken Smith.  To watch the service and to sign the online register book, please visit www.lowefuneralhome.com.
