Lillie Mae Shoe Lane, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Hospice Home. She was a native of Guilford County and the wife of the late Thomas Eldridge Lane.

Lillie Mae retired from Textiles and was a member of Beverly Hills Christian Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, decorating and gardening. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her son, Gary Phillips of Fredericksburg, Virginia and a daughter, Maria McBride of Burlington; grandchildren, Gary Phillips II, David Phillips, Michelle Phillips, Beverly Pimienta and Melissa Brooks; great grandchildren, John Michael Cole, Molly Phillips, Kayleigh Phillips and Santiago Pimienta; sisters, Ruth Noah and Betty Phillips both of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Mark Alan Phillips; parents, John W. Shoe and Alma Lee Greeson Shoe and a brother, J W Shoe.

A gathering will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory for family and friends.
