Lila Killmeier

Lila Virginia Riley Killmeier, 102, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Twin Lakes Health Care.  She was born in Garrett County, MD to the late Luther and Rose Barnard Riley and was married to the late Richard A. Killmeier.  She started Hospice in Frederick, MD.  Lila lived in the Twin Lakes Community for over thirteen years and enjoyed working with hand crafts.

She is survived by her children, John and Shirley Killmeier of Graham, Larry and Linda Killmeier of Hanover, VA; 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and  5 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a son, Riley Killmeier, 6 sisters and a brother.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Oakland, MD.
