Laura Greeson

Liberty, NC Laura Elizabeth Greeson, age 33, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Duke University Medical Center. She was a native of Alamance County and the daughter of R. B. Greeson, Jr. and Bonnie Shoffner Greeson. Laura attended Trinity Worship Center in Burlington and she was an art student of Joan Coble. Laura was a graduate of Alamance Developmental School and she enjoyed painting and expressing herself through her art. She is survived by her parents of the home; brother, Burton Greeson and his wife, Lisa of Liberty; nieces, Emma and Ellie Greeson and her maternal grandmother, Mary Lee Ashley of Liberty and she was surrounded by a host of aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Joe Dale Shoffner; step maternal grandfathers, B. L. Shoffner and James Jay Ashley and her paternal grandparents, Ralph Burton Greeson, Sr. and Ruth Greeson Greeson. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Worship Center by Rev. Darrell Cox and Assisted by Rev. Paul Pickler and the burial will follow at Mt.
