Burlington Larry Leon "Limey" Terrell, 79, of 234 Silverlake Drive passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Liberty Commons. He was born in Alamance County to the late Chester Leon and Lucy Leona Freeman Terrell and was married to Earlene Holt Terrell who survives. He was a self-employed real estate broker, served in the National Guard and attended Glen Hope Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of the home; children, Trinnie McMillan Phillip of Raleigh, Molly Terrell of Burlington, Lance Terrell Weronika of Newport and Spencer Terrell Margarita of Santa Fe, NM; grandchildren, Madalyn McMillan, Darcy McMillan and Nicholas Terrell; and siblings, Yvonne Barber of Graham, Linda Brown of Burlington, Sue Horner of Haw River, Mary Lou Chambers of Greensboro, Jeannette Mann of Mebane, Tony Terrell of Graham, Phillip Terrell of the Phillipines, and Gene Terrell of Burlington. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Betty Sanford, Thomas Terrell, Tim Terrell, Charles Robert Terrell, Harold Dean Terrell and Allen Freeman Terrell. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Larry Redding and Rev. Fred Treadwell. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence, 234 Silverlake Drive, Burlington. The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to the nurses and staff at Liberty Commons for the loving care they showed to Mr. Terrell.
