Larry Gaines

Larry Mack Gaines, age 65, of NC Hwy 62 S., passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at his home after a sudden illness. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Walter Mack Gaines and Ruth Clapp Gaines, who survives. Larry graduated from Southern High School and was formerly employed with Burlington Industries. Larry is survived by his mother of the home; two sisters, Tempy J. Kimrey of Germanton, NC and Belinda G. Ricketts and her husband, Martin, of Richmond, VA; and special nieces and nephews. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
