Kristy Cody

Mrs. Kristy Lee Hardy Cody, age 42, of 1431 Isley School Rd., died on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Moses Cone Hospital after a sudden illness. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of Ronald E. and Lynette Wrenn Hardy, who both survive, and was married for over 22 years to Jeffrey David "G" Cody, who survives. She was an excellent homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Kristy is survived by her husband of the home; her parents of Burlington; a brother, Ron Christopher Hardy and his wife, Amy, of Burlington; a niece, Alex Hardy; a nephew, Preston Hardy; and her special Pomeranian, "Frannie". The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, May 6, 2011 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Bobby Fann. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home and other times at the home of her parents, 1215 Bethel Church Rd., Burlington.
