Kenneth Tucker

Kannapolis - Kenneth Ray Tucker, age 46 of 5403 Crofton Ave died on Sunday, July 23, 2006 in Alamance County. He was born November 4, 1959 in McCook, NE to the late Delbert Tucker and Shirley Brown Tucker who survives. Kenneth was an employee of Evernham Motorsports and was a member of NASCAR. Survivors include mother, Shirley Tucker of Port Orchard, Washington; wife Tonya Cope Tucker of Kannapolis; one daughter, Lindsey Tucker of Kannapolis; a son, Nicholas "Nick" Tucker of Kannapolis; a grandson, Dylan Rhodes of Kannapolis; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy Keihn and David Raftice of Port Orchard, Washington; two brothers, Delbert Tucker, Jr. of Silverdale, Washington; Ed Tucker of Bremerton, Washington; inlaws, Jerry and Christine Cope of Kannapolis; brother and sister-in-law, Ernie and Gina Cope of Concord, NC. A Memorial Service will be held 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, July 27, 2006 at Gateway Church, "Old Ken Schrader Go- Kart Track", 4323 Concord Parkway, by Chaplain Ron Pegram. Visitation will be held from 5:30 - 6:30 P.M. prior to the service, at the church. Memorials can be made in Kenneth's memory to Dylan Rhodes Education Fund, 5403 Crofton Ave, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
