Kenneth Flauding, Sr.

Kenneth Duane Flauding, Sr., 90, of Greensboro, NC died November 15, 2021 at the AuthoraCare Collective facility in Burlington. He was the son of the late Lester Roosevelt and Julia Pauline Elliott Flauding and was married to the late Jutta Anna Maria Kretzschmar Flauding.

Kenneth was born on July 11, 1931 in Kansas City, MO. He retired from the US Postal Service where he was a supervisor in the mailing department.   He also served in the US Army and US Navy for over 24 years.  Kenneth will always be remembered for his big giving heart.
Survivors include his sons: Kenneth Duane Flauding, Jr and spouse Dee Dee of Spicewood, Tx and Dennis Faulding of Ocala, FL; daughter, Jennifer Junkins and spouse Larry of Toronto, Iowa; sisters: Evelyn Bobbit-Moore and spouse Bob, Carol Galliger and spouse Loyd of Washington State, and Teresa Reed of Atlanta, GA; stepdaughters:  Debra Long and spouse Jerry of Pierson, FL, Robin Barth and spouse, Kevin of Greensboro, NC, and Michelle Kirkland and spouse Randy of Claxton, GA; and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in the spring.
