Judy Blackman

Mebane Judy Lynn Bailey Kepley Blackman, 65, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at her home in Mebane. A native of Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late John Isaac and Christine Williams Bailey. Judy enjoyed painting, crocheting, gardening and loved meeting friends through Farmville on Facebook. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Judy was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her son, David Kepley of Graham; daughter, Kim Gray and husband Jeff of Mebane; grandchildren, Caroline Cannon, Christopher Cannon and Shane Cherry and husband Josh of Camp Lejeune, NC and great grandchildren, Ayden Cherry and Nathan Cherry. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Bailey. A memorial service will be held 7:00pm, Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Dennis Boone. The family will receive friends from 5:30pm-6:45pm prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at her daughter's home at 734 S. Fifth St., Mebane, NC 27302. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
