Juanita Freeman Greeson, age 85, of 1900 Rock Creek Dairy Road went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 5, 2008. She was a native of Guilford County and the wife of 66 years to Ernest Norman Greeson who survives. Juanita was a homemaker and member of Mt. Hope Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband of the home; daughter, Dee Greeson of Whitsett, sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne Greeson and his wife, Mary of Whitsett and Howard Greeson and his wife, Nancy also of Whitsett; grandchildren, Jeff Greeson and his wife, Angie, Phillip Strouth and his wife, Stephanie and Terri Kestner; great grandchildren, Tanner Greeson, Justin Greeson, Emma Strouth, Ty Strouth, Abby Strouth and Austin Kestner; brothers, John Freeman and his wife, Betty of Greensboro; J. D. Freeman of Greensboro; sister, Dolores East of Greensboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Henry and Ada Sumner Freeman and a sister, Sylvia Richardson. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Mt. Hope Church, 2400 Mt. Hope Church Road, and other times at the home. The graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at Mt. Hope Church Cemetery by Rev. Lloyd Spencer.
