Joyce Breeze

Joyce Carver Breeze, 82, formerly of Burlington passed away Saturday, June 10th at Dominion Village. She lived with Jacqueline and son-in-law David in Chesapeake, VA for several years before moving to Dominion Village two weeks ago. She was born June 26, 1934 in Person County to the late Lennie Melvin and Viola Frances Welch Carver. She was married to the late Maurice Warren Breeze for 64 years. She was a member of Piedmont Presbyterian Church and retired from Lucent Technologies.
Joyce was a caring and giving person who volunteered her time at the Hospice Home and Hospice Flea Market also at Alamance Regional Medical Center and with Christmas Cheer.

Survivors include her daughter Jacqueline (David) Collins; a son Melvin Robinson; grand children, Christopher, Ashley, Alyssa, Trevor and great grand children, Starlyn, Thaddeus and Kai.

The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Friday June 16th at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Mr. Mack Ray. Entombment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or donations made to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice Home in Burlington.
