Joy Tindall Dagley, age 73 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 21, 2006 at Duke Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Lee Dagley, Sr. Mrs. Dagley was born March 18, 1933 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late George and Susie Stubbs Tindall. She was presently employed with Vogler Realty; a member of First Baptist Church in Burlington, member of the New Comer's Club, Knit Wits knitting circle , the Lamp Lighters Sunday School Class, and Alamance County Realtors Association. One of Mrs. Dagley many accomplishment was working for the Orangeburg County Special Needs and Disability Board where she was instrumental in the appropriation of funds used in obtaining housing for the mentally handicapped. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Lee Dagley, Jr. and wife Donna of Pigeon Forge, Tenn. and Walter Steven Dagley and wife Faye of Lady's Island, SC; a daughter, Alisa Dagley Cornetto and husband Larry of Elon; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a brother; Fred Tindall of Birmingham, Alabama. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday July 24, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Burlington with the Rev. Marchael Bullard. Burial will be in Morris Alabama. Visitation will be Sunday, July 23, 2006 from 7-8:30 P.M. at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
