Josy McCuiston

Haw River, NC Josy Foley McCuiston, age 83, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 16, 2012. She was born in Stuart, Virginia and was the wife of the late William Odell McCuiston. Josy retied from Sears Roebuck after 42 years and was of the Baptist faith. She loved animals and was a fan of Nascar watching races with her grandson. Josy spent many hours spoiling her grandchildren and they have many fond memories of her. Survivors include her grandson, Mark Allison and his wife, Kimberly of Haw River; great granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Allison and her great grandson, Patrick Joseph Stretz; son-in-law, Jerry Allison of Haw River. She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Patricia Barber Allison, 4 sisters and 4 brothers. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturrday, April 21, 2012 at 11:00 am at Tabernacle Baptist Church by Rev. Norman Fargis. A private burial will be held on Saturday afternoon at Westminster Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm on Friday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence. Memorials may be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 515 N.
