Joshua Tripp

Reidsville Joshua Benjamin "Ben" Tripp, age 11 went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He was born in Greenville, NC to Rev. Timothy Mark Tripp, Sr. and Heidi Jean Aenis Tripp of the home. Ben was an avid soccer player and Duke Fan. He liked to build things and he enjoyed cooking for his family. Ben's family considered him a problem solver "A Thinker". He was a member of Christ Baptist Church. Survivors other than his parents of the home include his siblings, Holly Joy Tripp, Timothy Mark Tripp II, Heather Rose Tripp, Samuel David Tripp and Matthew Paul Tripp all of the home; paternal grandparents, Rev. Jack L. Tripp, Jr. and Linette McKinney Tripp of Lexington; maternal grandparents, Kenneth James Aenis and Josie McConnell Aenis of Jacksonville, FL; paternal great grandmother, Barbara Cooke Tripp of Greenville, NC; maternal great grandmothers, Kathleen Hebden Aenis and Irene Barrow McConnell both of Central Lake, MN; uncles and aunts, Michael and Amber Tripp, Daniel and Leah Tripp, Steve and Amanda Aenis, Charity and Merhl Coblentz; numerous cousins and friends. The funeral service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at New Hope Baptist Church by Rev. Randy Hobbs, Rev. Timothy Tripp, Sr. and Rev. Jack Tripp, Jr. The burial will follow at Midway Baptist Church Cemetery in Jamestown. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 1:45pm at New Hope Baptist Church prior to the service on Wednesday.
