Joseph LaVancha

Joseph Paul Joe LaVancha, 71 of 212 S. Marshall St. Graham passed away Saturday December 3, 2005 at Alamance Regional Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer. He was the husband of Myona Ross LaVancha and the son of the late Maurice and Caroline LeFleur LaVancha. Joe retired from Alamance Regional Medical Center and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of the home, sons; Chris LaVancha and his wife Karen of Oxford, NY, Paula LaVancha and his wife Bonnie of McGraw, NY, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. David Middendorf.
