John Watson

Gibsonville, NC Mr. John Robert Watson, 45, of 5852 Rural View Rd. went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at his home. Mr. Watson was born February 25, 1961 in Guilford County to the late James and Miriam Reavis Watson. He worked for Box Board Products as a truck driver and was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. He also served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist Four. Survivors include his wife Vickie Lewallen Watson of the home; one daughter, Crystal Watson of Brown Summit; one step-daughter, Ashley Younger of Gibsonville; two grandchildren, Katelyn Dillon and Summer Rouen; two sisters, Rachel Boyd and Anita Watson both of Greensboro; and one brother, Jimmy Watson of Colfax, NC. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church by Rev. Donnie Moorefield and Rev. Larry Andrews.
