John Harrington McNally, 73, a beloved husband, brother, and friend, passed away at AuthorCare Hospice. He was born in Delaware County PA on March 10, 1950 to Paul Aloysius McNally and Lydia Brown McNally.
John lived a fulfilling life alongside his wife Cindy at Oak Island, NC for many wonderful years. After retiring from CBHF, John dedicated his time to his passion for building model wooden boats, a skill that brought him great joy. His creativity knew no bounds as he ventured into constructing full-size boats, showcasing his talent and craftsmanship. An avid fisherman and reader, John found solace and contentment in the simpler pleasures of life.
John was kind and had a loving personality. His warmth and compassion touched the lives of those around him in countless ways. His wife Cindy described him as The Best Husband Ever!
John is survived by his loving wife Cynthia "Cindy," along with his siblings Mark McNally (Barbara), Tim McNally (Karen), Peter McNally (Juliet), as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives who will carry on his legacy of love and kindness.
