John Kolenac,Jr.

John Kolenac,Jr., 67, Of 513 Stokes Rd. passed away Friday February 9, 2007 at Alamance Regional Medical Center following a short illness. He was the husband of Sally Mix Kolenac and the son of the late John Sr. and Mary Pericak Kolenac. John was native of Lackawanna, NY and retired from Bethlehem Steel. He was a member of Our Lady Bistrica in Lackawanna where he served on the Ushers Club, and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of the home, a son Michael J. Kolenac of the home, brothers-in-law; Tom Mix and his wife Geraldine of Graham, Ron Mix and his wife Betty of Ft. Mill, SC, father-in-law Harold Mix of Burlington. The funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Monday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 3-5 PM Sunday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home of Tom and Geraldine Mix, 1220 Ravenwood Dr., Graham.
