Joan Cliffie Chandler

Joan Cliffie Chandler, 67, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 21, 2022.  She was born on July 13, 1955 in Alamance County to the late Howard Warren Chandler and Estelle Elizabeth Fiedler Chandler.

Joan was a retired pharmacy tech with Alamance Regional Medical Center.  She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church; she enjoyed reading and watching cooking shows.

She is survived by her sisters, Maria Dunphy, Carol Bennett and husband Rick, Anne Young and husband Jim, and Marti Matanzo and husband James; several nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Karen and Nicolle.  Joan was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Joy Chandler Wood.

The celebration of life service will be held at 11:00am Monday, September 12, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends following the service.
