Mrs. Jessie Lee Wade Saul, age 70, of Gilliam Church Rd., died Sunday, December 22, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family after two years of failing health. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Rainey Wade and the late Mary Troxler Wade and was married to the late Bobby Barnabus Saul, who died in 2002. Jessie Lee was retired from Carolina Biological Supply and was a faithful member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Jessie Lee's passion in life was her love for the Lord and her family. She enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables and scrapbooking. Mrs. Saul is survived by her four sons, Bobby Brian Saul and his wife, Rhonda, of Elon, Clifford Ray Saul and his companion, Jackie Piggott, of Elon, Phillip Jason Saul of Wharton, NJ and Kevin James Saul of Gibsonville; five grandchildren, Logan Saul, Chelsey Saul, McKenzie Saul, Bryson Saul and Aleah Troxler; three sisters, Daisy Raisanen, Kathy Griffin and Louise Larry Joyner, all of Gibsonville; a brother, Harold Jean Wade of Gibsonville; sister-in-law, Juanita Bob Varnadore of Gibsonville; and her special companion, "Ozzy". She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and her son, Ronald Keith Saul. Mrs. Saul will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the funeral service which will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Shiloh United Methodist Church by Pastor Kim. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall and other times at the home.
