Jerry Vines

Jerry Sidney Vines, 92, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 at the Village of Brookwood. He was born in New York City, NY to the late Sam and Ida Levine. Jerry retired as a designer of sports clothing and children's clothing. He was a US Coast Guard veteran of WWII and was formerly of Chapel Hill where he had lived for 35 years. Survivors include his half brother, Victor Recondo of Burlington and a niece, Sydell Ceren of Las Vegas, NV. There will be a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Alamance County, P.O. Box 3673, Burlington, NC 27215.
