Jerry Boggs

Jerry David Boggs, 83, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at his residence after several months of failing health.  He was born on October 2, 1936 in Alamance County.

Jerry was the owner and operator of West Webb Curb Market and Grill for over 55 years, and formerly owned and operated B&H Trucking Company.  He attended Elon College and was a veteran of the US Air Force.  Jerry enjoyed working and providing for his family.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Hawkins Boggs of 59 years; a son, Brian Keith Boggs and wife, Jennifer; a daughter, Tracey Boggs Whitt; grandchildren, Jessica Boggs, Tyler Whitt and Briana Whitt.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosaline Higgins Boggs Guthrie; step father, L.G. Guthrie and a brother, Arthur “Corky” Ray Boggs.
