Janice Hudson

Janice Alley Hudson, age 66, of Brookview Dr., passed away Monday February 21, 2011. A native of Wythe County, Virginia, she was the daughter of Frank Warren and Marjorie Armbrister Alley. Jan was the former director of Suicide and Crisis Service and Outreach and Prevention Service and spent most of her life involved with human services. Survivors include her son, Sean H. Hudson of Elon and sisters, Norma Holly of East Bend, NC and Anita Smythers of Pulaski, VA. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory on Sunday, March 6, 2010 from 4-6 pm. There will be no funeral service.
