James Michael Troxler, age 50, of Jug House Rd, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Born in Rockingham County, he was the son of the late James Edward Troxler and Effie Walker Troxler who survives. He was employed with O.E. Enterprises and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. He enjoyed music and was a big fan of Elvis. Survivors include his mother of the home, sister, Lu Ann Smith and husband Jeff of Connelly Springs and their children, Ashley and Jeff; brothers, Larry D. Troxler and wife Linda of Gibsonville and their children Eddie, Raina, Martin, and Courtney, and Eric Jesse Troxler and wife Tanya of Gibsonville and their children Tyler and Jessica. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Eddie Ronald Troxler. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 7, 2008 at Shiloh United Methodist Church by Pastor David Stark. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory from 6-8 PM on Thursday, and at other times at the home.
