James Stuart

Burlington, NC James Neil Stuart, age 20, of McKinney Street died on Wednesday, March 7, 2007. He was a native of Alamance County and the son of the late James Odell Stuart and Edith Cozart Stuart who survives. Neil was a graduate of Cummings High School and a sales associate for Advance Auto in Glen Raven. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, working on cars and playing video games. Neil loved people and he never met a stranger. Survivors include his mother, Edith Cozart Stuart of Burlington; sisters and son-in-law, Anita Cheryl Earp of Tampa, Florida, Crystal Earp Mortensen and her husband, David of Brevard, NC; brothers, Alex Joel Stuart and Dustin Michael Stuart both of Burlington; maternal grandmother, Irma Wrenn Cozart of Burlington. He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandfather, Clarence C. Cozart; paternal grandparents, Odell H. and Mary B. Stuart. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Michael Johnson and the burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home and other times at the home of his mother, 2780 Fuquay Lane, Burlington, NC.
