Burlington, NC James Robert "JB" Jordan, age 31, of 1225 Haw River Hopedale Road went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 6, 2006 at his home. He was a native of Alamance County and the son of Tommy Keith and Faye Warren Jordan who survive. James was employed by Walter Kidde Corporation and a graduate of the Graham High School Class of 1992. He was a member of Staley Memorial Baptist Church where he was very active in the Youth Group growing up. James was a member of the Alamance County 4-H and an avid fan of the Carolina Tarheels and the Carolina Panthers. James was competitive by nature, fun loving, giving and a dedicated son, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. He was a godfather to Sajen and Jadin Kleeburg of Raleigh, NC. Survivors include his parents, Tommy Keith and Faye Warren Jordan of Burlington; brothers and much loved sister-in-law, Brian and Kimberly Jordan, Michael Jordan and Jonathan Jordan all of Burlington; nephews, Calab and Joshua Jordan; niece, Madison Jordan; maternal grandfather, Robert Warren, Sr. and his wife, Sue of Burlington. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard Adam Jordan, Sr. and Alese Minor Jordan; maternal grandmother, Della Pritchette Warren. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Staley Memorial Baptist Church by Rev. Bennie Smith, pastor and Mr. Rodney Staley, associate pastor and the burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and other times at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Kimberly Jordan, 1154 Stonewall Spring Road, Burlington, NC 27217.
