James Woodrow Haith, age 71 of 1015 Everett Street passed away Saturday at 12:00 A. M. at the Hospice Home following a courageous battle with cancer. A native of Alamance County he was the son of the late Frank Elmo and Lillian Qualls Haith. He was married to Donna Glomski Haith who survives. He was a retired employee of Leesona Corporation, a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Surviving are his wife of the home, a Daughter, Mona Haith of Cary, 2 Grandchildren, Penetta Nichole Craig and John Allan Craig, a sister Ella Jean Bass and a brother David Elmore Haith, both of Raleigh, and several loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, Eula Mae King and Angelee Turner and brothers, Aubrey Haith, Charlie Haith and Rev. Frank Haith. Funeral service will be Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 10:00 a. m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Rev. Paul Gabriel, O. F. M. Conv. with interment to follow in the Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday April 28, 2009 at Lowe Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. At other times the family will be at the residence.
