James Albert "Jim" Fady, Jr.

James Albert “Jim” Fady, Jr., 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the Hospice Home. He was born in McKeesport, PA on May 12, 1940 to the late James Albert Fady, Sr. and Anna Gulasky Fady and was the husband of 47 years to the late Karen Ann Krasneski Fady.

Jim retired from the US Navy as a Naval officer after 26 years of service.  He enjoyed the outdoors, running, cycling and was a lifelong brass musician.

Survivors include his two sons, Reid Fady and wife Dana and grandchildren, Bennett and Makena Fady; Brian Fady and wife Suzanne and grandchildren, Lily and Megan Fady and his sister, Margaret Vitez and her husband Jim.

A private service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held at Quantico National Cemetery.
