James Dollar

James "Jim" Aldrow Dollar, 94, of Graham passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at his home. He was born in Alamance County to the late James Victor and Ione Dunn Dollar and was married to Anne Whitham Dollar, who survives. He was the owner and operator of Graham Shoe Shop and faithfully served his country during WWII in the U.S. National Guard. He is survived by his wife of the home; son, Carl Dollar of Graham; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Barry and Dennis Dollar. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Don Swinney. The family will receive friends following the service.
