Irene Partin

Irene Vick Partin, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Orange County to the late Allen and Mary Hughes Vick and was married to the late Emmett Bennett "Pat" Partin. She was formerly employed by Max Ward-Delmar Studios and was a longtime member of Glen Hope Baptist Church. She loved to sing and cook and was an avid Tarheel fan.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Gwynn Partin; sons, Charlie (Donna) Partin, Greg Partin; granddaughter, Erin Partin; sister, Jeannette Davis and a brother, Reggie (Patsy) Vick. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a sister, Frances Booker.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Glen Hope Baptist Church with entombment to follow at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory.
