Burlington Howard Glenn Holt, Sr., 72, of Burlington passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at his home. He was born in Person County and was the son of Dock James and Ruth Clayton Holt. He was a airline mechanic working for Piedmont Airlines which later became U.S. Air. He is survived by his sons, Howard Glenn Holt, Jr. of the home and Jeffery Wayne Holt of Winston-Salem and sisters, Lorena Barker of Burlington and Pattie "Peggy" Greeson of Whitsett. Services will be private.
