Helen Marlow

Helen Bumgarner Marlow 78 of 7038 Kivett House Rd. passed away Monday, February 1, 2010 at the Hospice Home. She was the wife of Daniel Warner Marlow and was born January 30, 1932 in Wilkes County to the late Jeter and Nora Pierce Bumgarner. Survivors include her husband of the home, a daughter Alvalena Rod Manring of Gibsonville, son Paul Sandy Marlow of Wilmington, grandchildren; Melissa Manring, Robert Manring, Adam Marlow, A.J. Marlow; a sister Grace Dean Cooper; brothers' Roy Bumgarner, and Wayne Bumgarner all of Wilkes County. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Clara Goforth, Lorene Vanoy, Rachel Walker and a brother Earl Bumgarner. The funeral will be 11:00 AM Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Elon. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
