Helen Basler

Burlington-Helen Louise Huffman Basler, 89 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. She was born in Charleston, Illinois to the late Charles and Goldie Irene Bunten Huffman Florine.
Helen is survived by her son, Patrick Albert Basler of Clinton Township, Michigan; daughter, Linda Stargel and her husband, Scott of Burlington and grandchildren, Nick and Becca. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Irene Basler.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:30 pm at Powerline Church of the Nazarene located at 701 Manning Avenue, Elon, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
