Harold Little

Harold Dwight Little, 93, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Hospice Home. Harold was born February 4, 1923 in Cabarrus County to the late Jonah Macon Little and Willie Pate Allred Little and was the husband to Anita Jean Fraser Little of 70 years who survives. Harold was a Lance Salesman for 19 years and was the owner and operator of Little Termite Pest Control. He was a member of Hocutt Memorial Baptist Church and a US Marine veteran of WWII. Harold was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be dearly missed. Survivors other than his wife, Anita Jean Little include his daughter and son-in-law, Jamie L. and Jerome Simons II; grandson, Jason Simons; great grandchildren, Sky Bolton, Sam Simons and Alanna Simons; sister, Shirley Belle Schram; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Sarah Lynn Simons McCoy; sister, Alma Kathleen Little Lankford; brothers, Dr. Jack Little, Ralph Marshall Little, Boyd Williamson Little and Leroy Little. The funeral service will be held 1:00pm Friday, March 11, 2016 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Danny Greene with the burial to follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 12:45pm Friday prior to the service and other times at the home.
