Grace Younger

Gibsonville-Grace Beatrice Powell Younger passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Guilford County to the late Leonard H. and Melissa Loftis Powell.
Surviving are a son and daughter, Benny R. Younger of Gibsonville and Glenda Y. Slaughter of Burlington; 3 grandchildren, Macie Younger, Sydney Younger and Candace Slaughter; 2 step grandchildren, Melissa Christopher and Josh Slaughter; 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 56 years, McLendon "Mack" Younger; four brothers, Franklin Powell, Ervin Powell, Everett Powell and Herman Powell; one sister, Ruby Powell Chrismon.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 11:00 am at Gibsonville City Cemetery.
