Gloria Harrelson

Mebane, NC Mrs. Gloria Ward Harrelson, 71, died suddenly Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Alamance County to the late Lloyd Vance Ward, Sr. and Mary Foust Ward and was married to the late Talmadge Peyton Craig. Gloria retired from Burlington Industries and was a member of the New Vision Community Church. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Boggs of Mebane; son and daughter-in-law, Billy Wayne and Beatrice Ward of Mebane; 6 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren; sisters, Faye Russell and Kaye Sutton both of Burlington; half-brother, Timmy Ward of Burlington and half-sister, Angela Ward of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Lloyd Vance Ward, Jr. The funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, November 2, 2012 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Stacey Hall, burial will follow at McCray Primitive Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Other times the family will be at the home.
