Glen Buddington, Sr.

Glen Gean Buddington, Sr., 65, of 2616-A Timber Trail passed away Wednesday August 18, 2010 at his home following a short illness. He was the husband of Donna Rowan "Donna B" Buddington and was born December 23, 1944 in Washington, D.C. to the late George C. and Frances Curtis Buddington. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired painter. Glen was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife of the home, daughters; Melissa Demas of Sykesville, MD, Sharon Buddington of Greensboro, Karen Collie of Elon a son Glen G. Buddington, Jr. of Burlington, sisters; Frances Frye of McLeansville, Esther Nix of Greensboro, Patsy Buddington of Richmond, VA, and a brother Raymond Buddington of Reidsville, twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. The funeral will be held 11:00 AM Friday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tommy Marley. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home.
