Gladys Baldwin

Gladys Poole Baldwin, age 83, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, February 3, 2011. She was born October 2, 1927 to Giles Milton and Polly Ann Belton Poole. Survivors include her daughter, Julie Sue "Susie" Tucker and husband Kenny of Elon; and son. Jeffrey Baldwin and his partner Robert Rhymer of Greensboro; grandchildren, Jason White, stationed in Korea, Matthew and Lindsey Baldwin of Gibsonville. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Elwood Baldwin; daughter, Jerrie Kay Baldwin, parents, 6 sisters and 1 brother. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11am Monday, February 7, 2011 in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Howard Thompson. Interment will follow in Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory from 6-8pm Sunday
