Geraldine "Dean" Page Mansfield

June 14, 1937 — May 4, 2024

Geraldine “Dean” Page Johnson Mansfield,86, went home peacefully to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 4,2024 at Annie Penn Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was a native of Caswell County and the daughter of the late Wade Page and Stella Smith Gwynn.   

 Many people will remember her as a substitute teacher for many years in the Caswell County Schools.  Dean was also employed for over 17 years with Baby Needs Manufacturing.   After retiring, she gave her heart and life services to many volunteer opportunities including Meals on Wheels of Caswell County and ARMC as a Pink Lady where she met many lifelong special friends.  Dean was a longtime member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully. She served as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher and was a member of the WMU. She was a devoted friend, sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and always wanted to go see them play any sport at anytime.  They adored her too and were always so happy to see her there smiling her smile. 

 Dean is survived by her daughter Tammy Johnson Moore of the home; sons, Chris Johnson of Elon, Craig Johnson and wife, Lynne of Rockwell and Cody Johnson and wife, Donna of Elon; eleven grandchildren, Jeremy Buchanan (Cody), Chandler Johnson, Kendall Cobb (Tyisha), Michael Stainback, Connor Johnson (Rachel), Benjamin Moore, Abbie Doyle (David), Katie Stainback, Caroline Johnson, Chase Johnson and Faith Johnson, four great grandchildren Mariah Crabtree, Harmony Cobb, Kendall “K.J.” Cobb Jr and Briar Stainback, and brother Jerry Page (Wendy) of Elon.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Hulon Page and sister, Patsy Page. 

 A service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday at 2:00PM May 8th at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, NC Hwy 150 Reidsville by Rev. Jason Simmons and Rev. Darrell Massey.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5-7PM at the church on Tuesday, May 7th and other times at the home. 

 In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 9904 US Hwy 150, Reidsville, NC 27320.
