George Hornaday

George Thomas Hornaday, 69, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at ARMC surrounded by his family. George was born on February 22, 1949 in Alamance County to the late Robert Lewis Hornaday and Myrrl Branson Hornaday Layton.

George retired from Shoffner Industries. Survivors include his significant other, Cindy Hornaday; children, Wendy Hornaday and significant other Pizzy, Mike Hornaday and Tracy (Andrew); seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra (John) Frye; brother, Doug (Dottie) Hornaday; step-brother, Lou (Kay) Layton. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby Lewis Hornaday, Jr. and Victor Hornaday.
