Fred Boone

Fred Holt Boone, 50, of Boone Rd. passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at his home. He was born in Alamance County and was the son of William Holt Boone and Wilma Byrd Boone. He was employed by Elon University and was a member of Lakeview Community Church. He is survived by his daughter, Brandy Boone and son, Bryan Boone, both of Elon; brother, Allen Ralph Boone of Mebane and his parents of Burlington. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bennie Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday evening at the funeral home and other times at his parents home, 532 Boone Rd. Burlington.
