Faye Wall

Mrs. Faye Brown Wall, age 79, of Edinburgh Court passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. A native of Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Luther Patrick and Gertie Rose Brown and wife of the late Billy Keith Wall. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and a former member of Eastlawn Baptist Church. She was a 1954 graduate of Selma High School and was formerly employed by Alamance Community College Book Store. She is survived by her son, Ronnie K. Wall and wife Susan B. Wall; daughter, Belinda W. Day and husband Randy Day, all of Burlington; grandchildren, Ashley and Caroline Day; step grandchildren Maggie Love and fiance' Will Pinson, Ann Johnson and husband Taylor Johnson; great grandchild, Baxter Johnson; and a sister, Janice Coats and husband Lawrence of Clayton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Ricky Lee Wall; brothers, Kenneth, Johnnie, Bobby and Earl Brown and sisters, Grace Narron, Mozell Wall, Alene Wiggs and Shirley Morris. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the First Baptist Church by Rev. Terry E. Peele, pastor. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. Mrs. Wall will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory until being taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 5:30-7:30pm Monday and at the residence at other times. The family would like to thank Angie Dixon and all the Hospice staff for the special care given their mother during her illness.
