Fannie Jane Bryant Hayes, 97, of 1718 Greentree Rd. went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Chatham County to the late Eli and Lenora McAdams Bryant and was married to the late William "Bill' Dudley Hayes. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church of Elon. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Earnest Warren of the home, Dolores and William "Bill" Fogleman of Burlington; grandchildren, Mark L. and Nannette Fogleman of Elon, Lisa F. and Chris Sutton of Burlington, Marty and Susan Warren of Elon, Scotty and Joanna Warren of Alamance; nine great grandchildren and a brother, Ronald Bryant of West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Raymond "Jackie" Hayes, parents, and a sister, Lillian Pelletier. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at Pine Hill Cemetery by Chaplain Danny Green and Mr. Charlie Pyles. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Rd., Burlington, NC 27215.
