Eva Sally Tickle Hall, 88, of 120 N. Gurney St. and formerly of Altamahaw, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Alamance County, daughter of the late C. Turner and Mary M. Hudgins Tickle, and was married to the late Javey Thomas Hall. She was a very faithful, dedicated and long-time member of Altamahaw Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara "Judy" and Bobby Harrell, Ellen and Bobby Andrews, Peggy and RonnieThompson, all of Burlington and Kay Andrews of Reidsville; grandchildren, Eric Harrell, Patricia Hardy Prudhomme and her husband Brian, David Hardy, Bob Andrews, Tammy Thompson Powers and her husband Jeff, and David Thompson; four great grandchildren; and sisters, Lossie Austin, Dorothy Murray, Ruby Simmons, all of Burlington, and Wonnie Collins of Chapel Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and her sister, Doris Moore. The funeral will be held at 3:00 Sunday, October 22, 2006 at Altamahaw Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Delmar Scotton and Rev. Robert Spence. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 Saturday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home of her daughter, Judy Harrell, 120 N. Gurney St., Burlington.
