Burlington – Eugene Randolph “Randy” Patteson II, 76, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022. He was born in Virginia to the late Eugene Randolph and Sybil Cheatham Patteson and was married for 20 years to Patricia Blanton-Patteson who survives.

He worked with his dad at Pat Patteson and Associates for several years, owned and operated a local pet shop for ten years and later was employed with Tractor Supply Company. Randy enjoyed collecting exotic birds and loved fishing at the Outer Banks and Cape Hatteras.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Amy Howell (Todd); sons, Trey Patteson (Rachel), Brian Blanton (Meredith), Kevin Blanton; ten grandchildren and one great grandson.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Ronnie Jones. The family will receive friends following the service.
