Mr. Eugene Oakley Gall, age 85, of 7191 Johns Point Ct., died Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at his home after several months of failing health. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late David Christian Gall and the late Miriam Oakley Gall and was married for over 64 years to Mrs. Yvonne Porter Gall, who survives. Eugene was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps and later owned and operated his own business, Basic Data. He was a member of Low's Lutheran Church and served on the Congregation Council. He was an avid golfer and a member of Walnut Woods Golf Club. Mr. Gall is survived by his wife of the home; four children, Gene David Gall and his wife, Kelly, of Ocean, NJ, John Christian Gall and his wife, Joann, of Freehold, NJ, Janis Gall Giordano and her husband, Peter, of Knoxville, TN and Barbara Gall Case and her husband, Danny, of Liberty; eight grandchildren, Lacy, Michael, Joseph, Lindsey, Brett, Luke, Austen and Conover John; three great grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Krause of Massachusetts; and a brother, James Arthur Gall of Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John David Gall. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Low's Lutheran Church by Rev. Dr. David N. Mielke. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service in the church and also following the committal in the church fellowship hall.
