Eliga Harris, Jr.

Eliga Leonard E. L. Eddie Harris, 72, of 2964 Siler Rd. died on Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro after 5 months failing health. He was a native of Zebulon and was married to the late May Lily Green Harris. E. L. was a former employee of Electric Service and Sales in Greensboro. He is survived by his four sons, Terry Rose Harris of Haw River, Danny and David Harris, both of Snow Camp, Bobby Linda Taylor of Graham; 8 grandchildren; sister, Oma Lee Walker of Climax and a brother, Raymond Harris of Raleigh. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Walter Jones. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
