Eleazar "Chaddy" Guido, 34 years old, passed away Wednesday, July 20 at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC.
Eleazar was born October 19, 1987 in Tarandacuao Guanajuato, Mexico to Lucila Mora and J. Isabel Guido. Eleazar graduated from Cummings High School, Burlington, NC. He was employed as a Field Production Technician by Party Reflections in Greensboro, NC for 10 years and was considered a valued and integral team member and friend.
Eleazar's favorite title was Daddy to his beloved children Isabella Maricol (Bella - 11), Eleazar Collin (Collin - 4) and Eli Christian (Eli - 20 months).
Eleazar was a loving and devoted father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. He loved to take his children fishing, play dominos with his parents (watching his mother beat his father), and making s'mores around the fire pit. Eieazar loved to eat and his sisters were envious of his metabolism. Eleazar also loved to reminisce about his childhood memories. He was very proud of purchasing his first home for his family in NC. In addition to the love of his family, Eleazar loved his faithful dog, Zena. Eleazar, was always quick with a smile and a positive outlook on life. It is impossible to measure the value of a person's life, but without a doubt Eleazar will be missed by all that knew him.
Eleazar is survived by his wife, Brittany Clark-Odee; three children Isabella Guido, Collin Guido and Eli Guido; five sisters Elizabeth Guido, Josefina Guido, Ana Guido, Daniela Guido and Gabriela Guido; one brother Luis Manual Guido; his mother Lucila Mora; father J. Isabel Guido; nine nephews, two nieces, and a multitude of friends. Even after his death, Eleazar continues to help a multitude of people as he selflessly donated his organs.
A very heartfelt thank you to the doctors and nurses of the Moses Cone Hospital ICU and to Kelly Boyd, HONORBRIDGE Family Support Coordinator, for their care and compassion during this very difficult time.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the children's general education fund for Bella at the State Employees Credit Union (SECU) and for Eli and Collin at http://www.gofundme.com/f/g5wjz-eleazarguido/donate.
