Edna Brown

Edna Faye Watkins Brown, 79, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the Hospice Home. She was born February 4, 1936 in Alamance County to the late Donald and Mary Ann Andrews Watkins and she was married to the late Roger Franklin Brown. Survivors include her daughter Connie (Anthony) Durkish, Teresa Bowman; sons, Doug (Arlene) Lassiter, Tommy (Cindy) Lassiter and Floyd (Brenda) Lassiter; step daughter, Susan Brookbank; sisters, Helen Napier, Nancy Brooks many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Banks Watkins. The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Mr. Eric Rudd. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-6 PM Friday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.
